1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the aa9999 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. aa9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the aa9999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce our 21+ policy and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of aa9999 or any of its associated partner companies.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. aa9999 employs automated and manual systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended, any bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be voided at aa9999's sole discretion.

You agree to notify aa9999 promptly if any of your registration details change, including your name, address, email address, or payment method information. Updates can be requested by contacting [email protected].

3 Account Verification (KYC)

aa9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before making withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Documents typically requested include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number).

aa9999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and reviewed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

aa9999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. aa9999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method originally used to fund your account. aa9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed rapidly, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal limits: Individual withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status. VIP Club members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
• Pending withdrawals: aa9999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal will remain in a pending state.
• Currency: All transactions on aa9999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No foreign currency conversion is offered or implied.

aa9999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance in the event of an unresolved KYC query, suspected fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms. You will be notified by email if a withdrawal is reversed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

aa9999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that offer's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• aa9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing hedging bets, or exploiting errors — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

aa9999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access your account. aa9999 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are suppressed for self-excluded players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the aa9999 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the Platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sports events offered in our sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to obtain credits or winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aa9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

aa9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void any bets or winnings associated with such conduct, and to report the matter to the relevant authorities where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aa9999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game titles, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of aa9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior express written permission of aa9999.

The brand name "aa9999", the aa9999 logo, and all associated trade marks and service marks are the property of aa9999. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa9999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond aa9999's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions where aa9999 has taken commercially reasonable steps to prevent such errors.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from events outside aa9999's reasonable control, including third-party system failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In all cases where aa9999's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your aa9999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

aa9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other platform policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring such action.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

aa9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aa9999 employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent risk and agree to take reasonable steps to protect your own account credentials.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. aa9999 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations.

In the event of any dispute between you and aa9999, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. aa9999 is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and efficiently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing, setting out a full account of the complaint, the resolution sought, and copies of all relevant correspondence. aa9999 will provide a final written decision within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a properly submitted escalation.

13 Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aa9999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of aa9999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any particular time shall not constitute a waiver of aa9999's right to enforce that provision at any subsequent time.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of aa9999. aa9999 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without notice to you.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
